Haibara District (Haibara-gun)
Haibara (榛原郡) is a rural district located in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.

As of July 2012, the district has an estimated population of 37,550 and a population density of 72.6 persons per km2. The total area was 517.56 km2.

Haibara District current is composed of two towns. The city of Makinohara and parts of the cities of Shimada and Omaezaki were formerly part of the district.
